POSITION SUMMARY: 

We are seeking an experienced and driven Network and Cybersecurity Analyst to safeguard the technological backbone of our prestigious fashion brand. This key role will involve collaborating with our talented IT team to ensure the security and efficiency of our vital network infrastructure. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Threat Detection and Response: Employ your knowledge of EDR solutions (Trend Micro, CrowdStrike, SentinelOne, or similar) to actively monitor, identify, investigate, and remediate security incidents and potential breaches.
• Microsoft 365 Security and Compliance Management: Active engagement within our M365 and Azure environment for end-user accounts (Conditional Access, Risky Users, Multifactor Authentication, Identify Protection), Email & Collaboration (investigations, malware, mail flow), Teams, SharePoint and OneDrive security.
• Network Security Management: Maintain and troubleshoot our Fortinet core network and Meraki store network infrastructure, ensuring optimal performance, reliability, and security.
• Vulnerability Assessment and Patching: Proactively scan for system and software vulnerabilities, collaborating with relevant teams to deploy patches and updates in a timely manner.
• Security Policy Development and Enforcement: Contribute to the creation, review, and implementation of sound cybersecurity policies and procedures.
• Incident Reporting and Documentation: Thoroughly document security incidents, analysis findings, and remediation steps for knowledge sharing and compliance purposes.
• User Education and Awareness: Assist in developing and delivering security awareness training to promote best practices among staff.

ESSENTIAL SKILLS, EXPERIENCE, AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Information Technology, or a related field.

• Experience: Minimum of 3+ years of demonstrable experience in a combined network and cybersecurity role.
• Technical Expertise: In-depth knowledge of networking protocols (TCP/IP, routing, switching), firewalls (Fortinet preferred), and network security concepts.
• EDR Mastery: Proven experience with enterprise-grade EDR solutions (Trend Micro, Crowdstrike, SentinelOne, or equivalent).
• Analytical Mindset: A keen ability to analyze network traffic, log data, and security alerts to pinpoint anomalies and root causes.
• Threat Intelligence: Stays up-to-date on evolving cyber threats and attack methodologies.
• Industry Certifications (Preferred): Relevant certifications such as CompTIA Security+, CISSP, or vendor-specific certifications in Fortinet, Meraki, or EDR technologies.

• $80,000 - $90,000 base salary (This range represents the low and high end of the anticipated base salary range for this NYC - based position. The base salary will depend on numerous factors such as: experience and qualifications for the role, experience level, skillset, and balancing internal equity relative to other AO employees.)
